All our wooden decor items are handcrafted to order may take up to, 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered.

Our wooden decor is rustic, and the wood is not intended to be perfect. Expect nicks, dings, knots, cracks, etc. 

RETURN POLICY:

Please go to the "Contact Us" section. You MUST request for return and it MUST BE made within 4 days of delivery in order to be processed. Once we have received the request for return and it has been approved, tracking information for the return shipment must be submitted via e-mail to asa1861@outlook.com within 3 business days.

You are responsible for all return shipping and packaging cost. 

****WE DO NOT SEND REFUND CHECKS. REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED USING THE SAME METHOD THAT WAS USED TO PLACE YOUR ORDER.****

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss exchange or replacement options. Otherwise, items can be returned to us (in new condition) for a refund. Your credit/debit card will be refunded for the total minus shipping.

All packages are insured for the full purchase amount. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment.

American Southern is not responsible for damages during shipping. If your product has been damaged during transit, keep all packaging materials, take pictures of damages, and Contact Dashonda at (912)424-6499 to discuss replacement options. Please email all pictures to asa1861@outlook.com
